Most products at mypawlegacy are personalized. Please review the guide below before placing a custom order.
How custom orders work
- Choose the product style, color, and size if available.
- Enter the pet name, message, or engraving text exactly as you want it to appear.
- Upload a clear photo if the product requires one.
- Place your order and check your email for updates.
Photo tips
For photo-based products, use a bright, clear image where your pet's face is not blurry or heavily cropped. Natural light usually works best.
Production time
Personalized items need time to prepare before shipping. Production time varies by product, but most custom items take several business days before they are ready to ship.
Important note
Please check spelling, names, dates, and photo uploads carefully before checkout. Once a custom item enters production, changes may not be possible.
