Because many mypawlegacy products are personalized, our return policy is designed to be fair while protecting custom-made work.
Personalized products
Custom products made with a pet name, photo, engraving, date, or other personal details generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once a personalized product has entered production, cancellation may no longer be available.
Non-custom items
If a product is not personalized, return eligibility may depend on the condition of the item and the time since delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition to be considered for return.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
